Please note that custom-cut fabrics and bespoke wallcoverings are final sale to ensure the exclusivity and integrity of our collections.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective tubes or boxes, ensuring all seals remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
