Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Since colors can vary based on screen settings, our A4-sized samples allow you to experience the texture and true color of the fabric or wallpaper in your own lighting.
How do I calculate how many wallpaper rolls I need?
You can use our online calculator found on each product page. Simply enter your wall dimensions, and the tool will account for pattern repeats and standard waste to provide an accurate estimate.
What is your return policy for cut-to-measure fabrics?
Because our fabrics are cut specifically to your requested length, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective. We encourage ordering a sample first to ensure the material meets your requirements.
Do you offer international shipping for luxury items?
We ship worldwide using specialized couriers to ensure your luxury goods arrive in perfect condition. International delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Are your wallpapers suitable for high-humidity areas like bathrooms?
Many of our vinyl-based and treated luxury wallpapers are suitable for well-ventilated bathrooms. However, we do not recommend direct water contact. Please check the 'Technical Specifications' tab on the product page for specific durability ratings.
Do you provide professional installation services?
While we do not provide in-house installation, we can recommend a network of certified professional paperhangers and upholsterers experienced in handling high-end materials.
